For the one
in the stands.
You help run the back office for an athlete who is busy being one. Here is what Scouted Brand does, what it asks for and what it never does.
What it isA report on your athlete's market: their roster, their school's NIL paths, the businesses already around the program, and a season plan with ready-to-use bios, messages and a media kit.
What it is notIt does not estimate NIL value, review contracts, promise deals or give legal, tax or compliance advice. Your school's compliance office can confirm school-specific requirements. Other laws and rules may also apply.
Under 18A parent or guardian signs up and answers the questions for athletes under 18. We don't collect anything from a minor without you.
What we ask for
- At sign-up: your first name and email, the athlete's school and sport and, if you like, the athlete's Instagram handle.
- If invited to the beta: the athlete's goals, what kinds of businesses they would or wouldn't work with, school break plans, and optional screenshots of their social media stats.
What we never ask for
- Contracts, IDs, Social Security numbers, bank details or immigration documents.
- Passwords to any account.
How we handle it
We use what you share only to run the beta and prepare the report. We don't sell it. The report stays private unless you or your athlete share it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing hello@scoutedbrand.com. The details are in our privacy policy and beta consent.
About the rules
NIL rules differ by school and state. The report lists the rules that touch your athlete's plan and marks each one confirmed or not confirmed. Before signing anything, check with the school's compliance office.
“I think it’s badass. Hugely informative and eye opening for any mid tier athlete, while also creating a plan of action.”
